The Shipping Policy

At Rings Et Al Jewellery, we are committed to delivering your purchases in excellent condition and as quickly as possible. Here’s how our shipping process works:
Determining Your Shipping Fees:
- Proceed to Checkout: Add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout.
- Shipping Address: Select or add your shipping address, then save and continue.
- Shipping Preference: Choose your preferred shipping option, and the cost will be displayed.
Shipping Fees:
- Within Lagos: 4,000 Naira
- Outside Lagos: Based on DHL shipping rates, calculated by package weight.
Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery within Nigeria on orders above 400,000 Naira.
Our flat shipping rate of 4,000 Naira applies exclusively to Lagos deliveries. In some cases, the flat rate may slightly exceed actual shipping costs.
Delivery Timelines:
- Within Lagos: 24 to 48 working hours.
- Outside Lagos: 2 to 5 working days.
- International Orders: Standard shipping (up to 2kg) is displayed during checkout. Additional charges for packages exceeding 2kg will be communicated to the customer. Delivery may take 3 to 4 weeks.
Local Pickup Option: Customers in Lagos can pick up their packages from our store at Ikeja. This service is currently exclusive to our GRA store, and no shipping fees apply. We are working to expand this option to other states in the near future.
